Under muscle high profile 545cc and 530cc - Can I downsize without a lift? (Photos)

I am 25 years old, 135 pounds. I have minimal breast tissue. Very minimal. I had my first augmentation in 2020 natrelle implants high profile I believe. They rippled. I dealt with it until I couldn’t. Went in for a revision & I was told we can put in mentor round implants they are known to ripple less but I can still see the implant on upper cleavage standing straight up when moving around and standing still. original impnats were 445 cc and 430 cc and now they’re 545cc 530cc. They went larger in cc because the diameter of implant was the same but more projection. So I guess I wanna know if downsizing is an option for me without a lift. It’s kinda hard to see the rippling in the photo but trust me it’s there. Lighting doesn’t exactly capture it.
