39, breast implants or lift to restore fullness? (Photos)

Question

I would really like to have my upper breast look full again, seems like I the top has become very flat to me. Would I be a good candidate for an implant to do this or would I need to do a lift. I really want to avoid avoid the scaring that comes with a lift vs implants. My skin does scar fairly easily.

You would benefit from a breast lift using Bellesoma. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. You have sufficient volume, but your breast tissue has descended, causing a sagging appearance and a loss of upper pole fullness. To restore this, a breast lift can be performed. If you desire a larger volume, we can perform the breast lift with an implant. However, if you are looking for a scarless solution and for only an implant, you will end up with large and sagging breasts. Therefore, my primary recommendation is a breast lift; if necessary, we can also do this with an implant.
