Should my implants have been replaced first time? Unhappy I need a 3rd surgery

He said he will next time but Im so unhappy i need a third surgery. I had breast augmentation July 2022 early on capsular contracture had occurred. I then have revision surgery in November 2022 were the capsule was released and the implants reused and manually lowered into position. I still wasn't happy after my surgery and expressed this in January 2023. My right breast still had some hardness and lumpiness and my breasts were quite far apart. I went back to my consultant this month he said there was some hardness but would wait 3 months and see me again.

Your implants are beginning to bottom out from the weight. I would suggest going smaller and tightening the lower pocket. You might even need mesh for support. This happens when tissue does not support the weight of the implants. To prevent it from becoming worse, always wear good supporting bras.

Your implants have stretched and thinned your own tissue from the weight and have left an empty space near your sternum. It would be best to decrease the size of your implants and tighten the inferior and lateral pockets. A fat transfer to the thin area could also be tried. I would suggest...
