6 months ago I had a revision BA to replace small saline implants with silicone implants. My doctor performed a capsulotomy on both sides to accommodate the larger implants. Immediately after surgery, I noticed that the right breast had a smaller pocket than the left and confirmed this with the doctor. Since then I’ve developed CC On right side. I’m getting a capsulectomy surgery on right side and was wondering if a capsulotomy can be done at the same time to increase the pocket to match left?

Some women, even in the best surgeon's hands, make capsules. I would try oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments now to see if you can get improvement. If a third surgery happens, then go with smaller implants.
Your implants are beginning to bottom out from the weight. I would suggest going smaller and tightening the lower pocket. You might even need mesh for support. This happens when tissue does not support the weight of the implants. To prevent it from becoming worse, always wear good supporting bras.
