I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to determine the best alternative solution for you. PDO NovaThreads can be used to improve shape and also provide lift. Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  If you have been using the same filler over that period of time, I would recommend either switching to another product in the Juvederm portfolio or perhaps trying a Restylane product to see if you have longer-term results.  Hope this helps.

I'm sorry to hear your frustrations with filler breaking down so quickly.  You may need to try a different filler for longer lasting effects.  Another option is fat transfer to the lips which would be more permanent.

Good question. If fillers are not lasting in your lips, it is likely that your metabolism is very fast. Rather than lip fillers, have you considered fat transfer to the lips?

Hello. Thank you for your question. If you are someone who works out frequently, you may burn through filler quicker. This can also be the case if you have a high metabolism. Which filler are you using? If you are using something like a regular Juvederm in your lips, you will break that down in about 3 months. You may need to use a different filler that lasts longer. 

It could be possible you absorb the HA fillers. I recommendation is a series every 2 weeks of HA fillers (Juvederm family, might try Vollure) for 6 weeks, having 1 syringe injected every 2 weeks. If the results than do not last longer you would need to consider nano/PRF fat grafting.
