Its important to chose a size that will fit, look good, and not put you at risk for complications. The implants go in an intramuscula location that has a definite limit.Muscle in general do not handle pressure and stretch well..If too much pressure is placed on them,they can thin out and even die. This will comprimise your result. Implants placed on top of muscles tend to have a poor cosmetic out come. Talk to your doctor and see if your wishes are a possibility
