A very good question. Breast implant are very stable devices and can tolerate the pressure of sexual activity. For saline implants if there is an issue with deflation, it would be complete where the implant would completely flatten. For a silicone implant another test such as ultrasound or mri may be needed to confirm the integrity of the implant. After 6 weeks it's unlikely that sexual activity would cause a defect in the implants. The best course of action is to see your plastic surgeon for an examination to be sure. Take care
I appreciate your question.Assuming you are fully healed from surgery, there should be no damage to your implants. If your implants are old and saline, force or trauma might cause them to deflate. The best way to assess and givetrue advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certifiedplastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic and restorative breast surgery.Best of luck!Dr. Schwartz
