I have had McGhan implants Saline implants since year 2000. I lost all sensation in my nipple since the surgery and parts of my breast also. I have always felt like there was something sitting on my chest and feel like I can't take a deep breath also.

Hello, it sounds like you are having significant symptoms with your implants.  If you arrange an assessment with a plastic surgeon they will be able to determine if there are options to resolve the pain and tightness.
