If I bend over a certain way, both breasts feel like they are being caught in something and it takes my breath away.

I have had McGhan implants Saline implants since year 2000. I lost all sensation in my nipple since the surgery and parts of my breast also. I have always felt like there was something sitting on my chest and feel like I can't take a deep breath also.

Hello, if an infection is caught early it might not infect a person's implants.  This is something that needs to be managed closely by the patient's own surgeon.
