I am 1,78 cm tall, 59 kg (I'm in a good shape, thin but not skinny), 88 cm measured on the breasts and 77 cm under the breasts. I have a b cup which appears to be fuller on the upper pole than on the lower pole. My surgeon suggested high profile dropshape 425grams in dual plane tech to achieve a full lower pole D cup. I dream of big breasts with little upper pole and very big lower p, extremely soft to touch. What about 500/600gr imp. in low or medium profile? I attached pics of what I want.

Answer: Breast Implants / Breast Augmentation / Anatomic Gummy Bear Implants / Silicone Implants / Breast Implant Revision Surgery I appreciate your question. The size of implant best for you is dictated by your chest wall measurements. Once we determine that we can choose the profile based on what you want or need to achieve. As implant size goes up, the natural amount of breast tissue you have goes down, and the less natural a result you will get. One technique to have a more 'natural' result while still having a large augmentation is to use shaped implants. That being said, this relationship still holds true that with bigger implants ,the final result tends to be more 'sculpted' or 'augmented' and more obvious or easier to identify even when in clothes. During your breast augmentation consultation, you should feel the different types of implants available, and try on various implant sizers in front of a mirror to help you to get an idea of how you will look following the surgery. You should also bring pictures of the look you would like to achieve, as well as a favorite top to wear when trying on implant sizers.Choosing an implant is a complex process and I definitely recommend setting up a formal consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.I hope this is helpful. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic and restorative breast surgery. Best of luck! Answer: Implant Selection Implant selection is a crucial component of any consultation for breast augmentation. There are a number of components which will determine the appropriate volume/dimensions. Patient goals and chest dimensions together will guide patient and physician to the appropriate choice. Trial sizers and 3D imaging are also helpful tools for guiding the potential augmentation candidate. In your particular case, in order to achieve a look similar to the posted photos you may need to consider a larger volume than the proposed 425cc.As always, consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for a more detailed and appropriately customized operative plan.
