Additionally, can coughing and sneezing affect the placement of nasal bones or affect final results?!

Thanks for your question and congratulations on completing your
surgery.If the cast gets a little wet,
it is probably okay.However, you will
definitely want to let your surgeon know just so that he/she can check the cast
is still set properly.Sneezing or
coughing does not usually affect the results of your rhinoplasty.But, I definitely recommend to my patients to
try to sneeze out of their mouth and not their nose in the immediate
postoperative period.I hope this

appreciate your concern.It is unlikely that water has moved your bones. however, if you have any concerns consulting with your surgeon will be the best solution to calm your concerns
