Thanks for your question and congratulations on completing your surgery.If the cast gets a little wet, it is probably okay.However, you will definitely want to let your surgeon know just so that he/she can check the cast is still set properly.Sneezing or coughing does not usually affect the results of your rhinoplasty.But, I definitely recommend to my patients to try to sneeze out of their mouth and not their nose in the immediate postoperative period.I hope this helps.
