Thanks for your question and congratulations on completing yoursurgery.If the cast gets a little wet,it is probably okay.However, you willdefinitely want to let your surgeon know just so that he/she can check the castis still set properly.Sneezing orcoughing does not usually affect the results of your rhinoplasty.But, I definitely recommend to my patients totry to sneeze out of their mouth and not their nose in the immediatepostoperative period.I hope thishelps.

I'd rather consider your central vault is too large the mostly the tip is oversized; I'd also say you have very broad bony pyramid. Based on that you must research a surgeon with experience in tip surgery.
