I'm just tired of my face looking round and undefined. Also when I try to press my lips together my chin wrinkles. I want to know what I can do to fix this.

Several options to consider to help improve the chin and lower jawline, each with their advantages and disadvantages. Surgery with chin implant or genioplasty. Non-surgical with Botox and/or filler. Many plastic surgeons may likely suggest chin implant surgery. It is easy to fix your chin dimpling. It is due to the pull of two chin muscles called the mentalis muscles. About 5 units of Botox are all you need to fix this. This procedure is well described in my book :Cosmetic Injection Techniques.For the "undefined" areas of your face that bother you, these could likely be addressed with filler initially and possibly implants in the future. As you age, these angles will also likely become more defined.

You have a steep mandibular plane angle. and with that a bit of a short chin. Because of your short chin, you alsi have mentalis muscle hyperactivity to achieve lip competence. (lip strain) You would benefit by a combination sliding genioplasty (because of your lip incompetence) and vertlcal lengthening jaw angle implants. That combination would give you a more masculine face that is less round with a far more prominent jawline.
