I have deep mentolabial sulcus, and wanted to find out what i can do to fix it. I would like to get chin augmentation but don't know if i should do something about this deep gap?

You may have a jaw asymmetry which is corrected by braces and jaw surgery. If the teeth are aligned then you might need just a sliding genioplasty. You would need X-rays and clinical examination.
