Can Dysport help with the tiny fine lines right underneath the lower lashes? (photos)

Fine lines in the lower eyelid skin may be best treated by procedures such as laser skin resurfacing.It is a difficult area to treat successfully using botulinum toxins and I would not suggest using dysport in that area given the condition about which you're concerned

The short answer is yes, this is possible. However, your injector needs to be very careful since over treatment of this area can cause either a droop in the eyelid or creation/ worsening of an undereye bag. A conservative injection with a low dose of neuromodulator would minimize this risk. I would typically use Botox as it spreads much less than Dysport. While Dysport is great for lines on the forehead, crow's feet and other areas, this area is a tricky one.  It sometimes is a good result but occasionally can cause looseness that is unappealing.  I would go to an expert for this treatment as it requires skill and judgment for the analysis as to whether it is a good idea to do it or not.  Good luck!
