Roller massager. Would it work? And how long and often should be use?

Please help!!Can I massage my belly with this roller to Help break down fabrosis from vaser lipo revision on my upper and lower abdomen? I had vaser lipo revision and already see some lumps and they're hard.

Arnica has anticoagulant properties. This could result in increased bleeding during surgery. In my practice, we use the cream form quite effectively to treat bruises that develop after surgery.

This ooks like what people call "erythema ab liposuction" discoloration that occurs from small blood vessel damage.  It can be improved with venus legacy RF treatments and pulsed dye laser.  I suggest a formal consultation.  Topical creams do not help.  Best, Dr. Emer.

You may have some 'rebound ' swelling after losing your garment. Check with your doctor to make sure that you don't have a seroma.  That would best be treated with aspiration. Otherwise, lymphatic massage, or another garment, or perhaps something gentler like spanx could help.
