Roller massager. Would it work? And how long and often should be use?

Please help!!Can I massage my belly with this roller to Help break down fabrosis from vaser lipo revision on my upper and lower abdomen? I had vaser lipo revision and already see some lumps and they're hard.

I suggest lymphatic massage, hyperbaric oxygen and RF treatments such as venus legacy or velashape. I would avoid any roller that isn't soft/smooth.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Self treating never really works. I recommend aggressive lymphatic massages if you hope to improve the post VASER lumpiness......
