Loose skin, stretch marks? Vaser Lipo (Photo)

I have extensive vaser experience. We typically see more tightening with vaser than with traditional liposuction alone.  I would characterize this tightening with vaser as mild to moderate. On on your pictures I see severe skin laxity an I am concerned that vaser lipo alone will not tighten enough.  I suspect that you may need a thigh lift in a second stage.  

For your guidance, loose, sagging, or inelastic #skin are problems which would tend towards poor results in liposuction. In fact, these problems may be worsened and may be best addressed by other procedures such as a leg or body lift (e.g. tummy tuck) in conjunction with Vaser liposuction. Excess skin would usually shrink back over the area of the body, but please take note that liposuction is used to reduce volume not tighten skin. Based on the photos you've posted I would anticipate potential worsening of your looses skin after liposuction (even after VASER). I have extensive experience with VASER lipo and I like the technology greatly but it is misleading to say that it leads to faster healing and better skin tightening than straight tumescent lipo or LASER-assisted lipo. Ultimately you may need a thigh lift to improve skin tightening. Any liposuction of the buttock will lead to significant buttock flattening and drooping.
