Hi Dr I need to know if after doing Vaser liposuction does ever the fat come back on those areas. If yes then why does it come back....is it because the person is not eating a healthy diet and not exercising or else some other problem
Answer: Will The Fat Be Coming Back After Vaser Liposuction It is key to practice a healthy lifestyle of a nutritional diet and a regular exercise throughout your life following vaser liposuction. If you experience weight gain, pregnancies, or any other drastic body altering changes following #liposuction, it is very possible the results may be compromised. Hence, it is usually recommended that patients who have recently experienced weight loss and massive weight loss (#MWL) remain consistent at their weight for at least six to twelve months prior any cosmetic surgery. Such will better ensure longer lasting results of the procedure without risking the fluctuation and stretching of the skin tissue.

Answer: Fat after Vaser Vaser liposuction permanently removes most of the fat in a treated areas so it is unusual for it to come back. If a person gains a lot of weight, it will go somewhere else, usually the treated areas remain treated. Healthy diet is important since liposuction removed unwanted fat but it is not for weight loss- it is not a short cut to proper diet and exercise. Liposuction goes together and is ideal for problem areas. An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs Vaser is recommended.

Answer: Does fat return after Vaser Thank you for your question.Adipocytes (fat cells) lose their ability to multiply in certain areas of the body in an adult. They, however, retain their ability to become larger in size with weight gain and deflate and shrink with weight loss.Vaser High definition aims to remove almost the whole layer of fat leaving only a few cells thick layer of fat to support skin.In general debulking Vaser the thickness of the remaining fat will be more substantial (about 50%) for the original fat thickness.Fat cell after Vaser can fluctuate in size (not numbers) with weight loss and gain so potentially patient can become bigger in the treated areas but that happens last after fat in the untreated areas has become expanded. So it means patients life style choices are paramount in order to sustain their desired body shape.

Answer: Post-lipo results Based on the multiple questions you've posted regarding your recent liposuction, the fullness you are noticing so soon after the treatment may be tissue edema or seroma and I would recommend you consult a qualified surgeon for evaluation of your result and your post-operative care.
