I have a partial loss hearing after otoplasty ? Is that normal especially in my left ear? I have little bit of vertigo.

Hearing loss and/or vertigo is not related to otoplasty procedures.  These issues involve deep structures of the hearing / balance center that are well beyond the operative area of an otoplasty.  I do recommend an evaluation by an otolaryngologist (ENT) if these symptoms persist.Best of luck!

Hearing loss and vertigo have many causes and are usually viral or vascular in etiology.  Your symptoms are not related to your otoplasty in any way. If these symptoms continue, I recommend seeing an Otolaryngologist. Good luck

the sensation of hearing is based on a nerve deep inside your ear canal/skull and there is nothing an otoplasty procudure can do to affect it.  Sometimes dried blood in the ear canal can affect the transmission of sound but 21 days after the surgery, a stitch removal cannot possibly do this.  An assessment with an ENT (ear nose throat) surgeon or an audiologist may be beneficial

is not related to the otoplasty.  If you continue to have issues with that, you should see your doctor for an evaluation and possible referral to the appropriate physician.

Those symptoms are not related to the surgery. If they persist see your family doctor. Most likely it will be a viral infection of the inner ear, but it should be investigated.

Sometimes after an otoplasty, depending on if it was an underdeveloped fold that was corrected, or a protruding conchal bowl, patients may have a bit of hearing loss. This happens for two reasons: One - the external ear funnels sound into the middle and inner ear. When you lessen the funnel shape, which is exaggerated in people who undergo this procedure, you, by definition, are reducing the amount of sound which is funneled into the hearing portion of the ear. It is the same principle (but reversed) as if you take your hands and make a cup shape behind your ears, all sounds you are facing get louder. Two - when you perform a conchal set back (reduce the amount the base of the ear sticks out from the head) there is a possibility that the opening to the ear canal can be slightly smaller. This will also reduce the amount of sound coming into the ear. Both of these are things which may happen after the otoplasty procedure. These do not sound like your case, as it was 21 days later and you are experiencing some vertigo as well. These sound like inner ear issues and if they persist, I would see an otolaryngologist who can evaluate these functions.
