I have a partial loss hearing after otoplasty ? Is that normal especially in my left ear? I have little bit of vertigo.

pleasehelp111
i had an otoplasty 21 days ago and I went to doctor's office to "follow up" and the doctor found out a stitch under the scar. He said it have to be remove. He used a shot of anesthesia and put it on my left ear to open the skin and to remove the stitch. Once he remove the stitch he closed the skin with 2 superficial stitches. Just after procedure I felt vertigo and i had the sensation of partial hearing loss on the ear he work on. Is that temporary ? Is that normal ? please help !
