I don't like my otoplasty. Is there a way to get it back my ears as before?

It is unlikely to have your otoplasty reverse. This is especially true if the Cartlidge has been cut and removed. I would wait three months to allow the operation to heal completely and then I would get second opinions for revision.

It's very difficult to answer without seeing pictures or knowing how long ago your surgery was done. In general, the ears will "relax" a bit over a period of time- sually within several weeks to a few months following the otoplasty procedure. If the otoplasty procedure was done more than a few months ago and your ears are still "over-corrected" a revision procedure may be performed to correct this issue.  However, the important point here is that long-term follow up with your surgeon is important. Your surgeon will be able to provide reassurance or discuss revision operations with you. 

If you were operated on with a traditional method (the cutting of the concha indicates this) and the procedure was some time ago, then the result cannot be reversed as the new position of the ears is fixed by scars. The situation would be different if you were operated on with the stitch method; your ears would return to their original position in the first years after the operation if all the threads were removed again.
