I don't like my otoplasty. Is there a way to get it back my ears as before?

Actually, you have accessory cartilage in front of the ear, which is pretty simple to remove.  It will probably cost about $750, assuming it is just the one side.

Your scar looks great for two weeks. It would be much too early to consider any sort of scar treatment. It appears as though this will heal nicely, however it is never a bad idea to meet with your surgeon to discuss scar management techniques such as massage to improve the final appearance.

Thank you for your pictures. I think your result is excellent.  I the view that you are getting about your right is because the right ear is a little higher than your left ear. 

Typically for my otoplasty patients they have a surgical bandage for 3-4 days.  Then a hand band is worn for four weeks 23 hours a day.  The most common issue with otoplasty is relapse.  The head band helps reduce this outcome.
