I had 0.9ml of filler injected in June 2023 by a practitioner who used the standard filling technique. I then went to a different practitioner last week who told me I have a very small amount of migration on the left side of my lip. She gave me the choice to dissolve before going ahead but told me that dissolving damages the natural collagen/lip tissue and my lips could end up smaller naturally. Will a small bit of migration dissolve naturally?

Lip filler can migrate if you aggressively massage your lips, especially if it is within the first few days of injection. If you are unhappy with your results you can visit with your injector and have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase.
Fillers do not migrate.
