Hello, Would it be ok to receive lip filler 4 days before a hemorrhoidectomy that will be done under local anaesthesia? Even if it’s on a different body part could the anaesthesia interfere with the filler and/or healing? Thank you for your help!

If you choose not to dissolve the migrated filler it will be metabolized naturally over time. Typically lip fillers last six months to a year depending on the type of filler selected. I've included a video that I hope is helpful.
Lip filler can migrate if you aggressively massage your lips, especially if it is within the first few days of injection. If you are unhappy with your results you can visit with your injector and have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase.
Fillers do not migrate.
The concept of fillers migrating is simply a poor excuse for providers, failing to take ownership of their less than ideal outcomes.
