With few exceptions, everyone has an asymmetrical face--and body for that matter. When you think of it, your heart is on the left, liver on the right, etc.Regarding your face, one side of your skull is smaller than the other side, and typically the right side is smaller. The side with the lower eye socket (and pupil) is your smaller side. I see this all day every day with my patients.So, you are actually normal. Look at TV announcers, such as Bret Hulm and many others. They are asymmetrical. It gives them character.Possibly a Plastic Surgeon with experience can make you look more symmetrical with fillers.Thank you for your question, and good luck.

It is normal for one side of your face to be different then the other. One side can be wider, fuller with asymmetric location of the eyes, eyebrows, nostrils and mouth. That’s why actors say “This is my good side”. It appears from your pictures, your brows are asymmetric, your left cheek is wider then your right and your hair line goes up to the right (you would need a physical examination to confirm this). You are a normal young good looking male. As long as your happy with your face you don’t need any surgery currently. I hope you find this information useful.
