Make sure that your plastic surgeon is aware of your concerns.  Measures will be taken to prevent complications.  Careful selection of plastic surgeon, anesthesia provider, and fully accredited surgical facility are very important… Best wishes.

Anesthesiologists have a protocol they use in patients with reflux. There will also be a tube in your airway to prevent anything that reflexes from getting into your airway. Anesthesiologists see this often enough that they can deal with it safely and it won’t be a problem.
