Would lipo on the bigger breast do the job of making them more symmetrical? I'm pleased with my overall result but there is about half a cup difference in size. Am I nit-picking? I'm 7 months post op.
Answer: LIpo to make breasts more symmetrical Hello and thank you for your question. The fact of the matter is that almost no one has perfectly symmetrical breasts, and most breasts vary from left to right. Overall, liposuction of the left breast would increase the amount of sagging to that breast, even though it would even out the volume. If you are overall pleased with your result, then this would be the most important thing. However, you should bring up your concerns to your plastic surgeon, so they her or she can address them.

Answer: #liposuction of breast or #breastlift with #PlasticSurgery I think that you have reasonably good result. It is obviously nice to have perfect symmetry, but well over 95% of women do not have symmetrical breasts and the degree to which they are asymmetrical varies widely. Did you mention 'nit-picking'?!But taking about the problem as you see it, you have a drawn a line under your breasts to show that you left breast is slightly lower than you right breast. This cannot be correted by liposuction and there is a risk that this will only get slightly worse if liposcution is done to reduce volume. If you are really concerned about it, you could potentially have liposuction and uplift of the left side or fat transfer on right and uplift on left.

Answer: Would lipo on my bigger breast make them more symmetrical? (photos) A breast reduction revision performed by liposuction can reduce the size of the breast a moderate amount depending upon the amount of fat, but the procedure will not lift the breasts. If you want the best results, then the excisional procedures should be performed. Liposuction will not improve the skin. If there is any level of droop, breast reduction by the conventional surgical methods is best.

Answer: Lipo after breast surgery to make them more even after a breast reduction or breast lift? In my practice, we like to wait 6-12 months after surgery to do any type of revision. The longer patients wait the better since there can still be fluid pockets at 6 months. So it can be reasonable to try a little lipo but sometimes it will improve on its own. It is also virtually impossible to make people perfectly symmetric even though that is our surgical goal every time. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Breast asymmetry Dear thetigerwhocametotea, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. Based on your photos, it looks like there is small asymmetry, but liposuction probably won't provide good results. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.
