Would lipo on the bigger breast do the job of making them more symmetrical? I'm pleased with my overall result but there is about half a cup difference in size. Am I nit-picking? I'm 7 months post op.

Answer: Lipo after breast surgery to make them more even after a breast reduction or breast lift? In my practice, we like to wait 6-12 months after surgery to do any type of revision. The longer patients wait the better since there can still be fluid pockets at 6 months. So it can be reasonable to try a little lipo but sometimes it will improve on its own. It is also virtually impossible to make people perfectly symmetric even though that is our surgical goal every time. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Breast asymmetry Dear thetigerwhocametotea, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. Based on your photos, it looks like there is small asymmetry, but liposuction probably won't provide good results. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.
