4 months completed to my hair transplant but, still my scalp looks bald. 2700 grafts were implanted and I am disappointed even I am taking the medicines on time. I will be happy if I get the transplanted hair only as you can see the photo after 3 days of surgery. Do I need to wait some more time or, Is this the final look?
Answer: 2700 grafts Photos cannot determine if you would be a good candidate for surgery. You need an examination and the doctor needs to understand your goals and expectations. You need to have good communication with your doctor to understand what your end result will look like.

Answer: Its early In the pic after 3 days, it looks denser than it will ultimately be because you the transplanted grafts plus the scabs at the base of the grafts and some redness around the grafts. In the current pic, you can see the outline of the shape of hairline and smaller transplanted hairs throughout the scalp. But they are not yet mature. Over the next 6-8 months, you should get more density with newer hair breaking thru the surface and all the hairs will get a thicker caliber. You will be closer to your 3 day pic but probably a little less dense looking because of the factors I mention above. Keep an open mind and see if you are happy at 12 months. No matter the density, it will no doubt make a big change to your overall look. You can decide then if you want more density or be happy with what you have.

Answer: 4 Months Post-Op You hair looks substantially better now than it did before the procedure, and at 4 months post-op you are actually ahead of schedule. The area should continue to improve and we often see patients for a 6 month follow up to address concerns.

Answer: 4 Months still thin For only 4 months your hair looks pretty good. Usually it takes between 6-8 months to see a 70-80% result from the surgery. This is a patience procedure where full results aren't known until a year later. I recommend you wait for the 6 month mark and schedule a 6 month post op visit with your Doctor to compare pictures.

Answer: FUE Transplant It takes a minimum of 12-18 months after your procedure to realize your final result. Thus, You still have 8-14 months before all of your transplanted hairs will have grown in. I would wait the allotted time, and then see if other grafts are necessary.
