Can a combination of chin implant, buccal fat removal, chin/neck lipo give me the appearance of a slimmer, longer face?

Your concepts for the facial change you seek are basically accurate...vertically lengthen the chin and defat what lies around it as much as possible. I would to be keen on trying to widen your jawline as you are likely to end up with two much jaw width for your face. Think elongation and narrowing as the approach. A vertically lengthening sliding genoiplasty with midline wedge removal is more effective than a chin implant for lower facial elongation and narrowing. (which is was done in the rsult4 you have shown) The facial defatting should include buccal lipectomies, perioral liposuction and neck liposuction. 

Much more information is needed, such as a full set of facial photographs from all angles, especially a side profile photograph. Chin implants are placed for patients who have a recessive chin, and liposuction is performed for removal of fatty deposits in the neck.

Hello, To answer your question, you certainly appear to be a great candidate for chin and midface implant placement. I don't recommend removal of buccal fat pads because as you age, your face looses facial volume and removal of the buccal fat pads can set premature sagging of the skin into motion. From the photos, it appears that you would also benefit from jowel and neck VASER liposuction to help tighten the skin around your newly sculpted chin.
