Weight: 125lb Height: 5'0 Breast size (approximate): 36DDD/F Hello RealSelf :) Do you think I'd be a good candidate for a reduction? I have constant upper back pain and rashes under my breasts. It's difficult to find a bra and I would love to get a reduction. However, my family and friends disagree. They say that I'll regret it, and that the breast size and the pain isn't bad enough for a surgical procedure. I'd like a professional opinion, as I don't know who's right. What do you think?

I think it would be a good idea for you to have a consultation to discuss the procedure then you can weigh up the pros and cons.

Answer: Breast Reduction In over 3 decades in the field of plastic surgery, I know of no operation with such high degree of satisfaction - Breast Reduction. And, indeed, you look like you need a breast reduction. Although a physical exam will determine with certainty, your breasts are very large, dense, and placed on a small stature. You will create proportions, improve you exercise habits, be able to wear tight fitting clotting, look thinner and many more. So, find a qualified plastic surgeon and do it. Best of luck
