2nd lipo breast reduction? (photos)

Hi ,lookimg for some more in put,my plastic surgeon is doing liposuction of my breast,but I am extremely weary of the outcome,extra loose skin ,amd not enough pf a reduction to make a difference in size,hes recommends 300 gr per side,after reading reviews im not to sure if that would significantly make a difference.

I appreciate your question.

I perform a liposuction breast lift that removes tissue from the areas you don't want such as near the armpit and the lower portion hanging near your stomach. Once I use this to shape the breast I then remove the skin to tighten the breast and create a better shape with nice cleavage. Since I perform this less invasively the recovery time is faster. The size would depend on the proportion with your body versus going for a cup size. It works very well if there are asymmetries. I can also use the removed fat as a natural breast augmentation by grafting the fat back into the breast to create more projection or into the top to create more cleavage. This procedure can also be combined with an implant if needed or wanted.  It should not affect nipple sensation, mammograms, cancer risk or breast-feeding. If you gain or lose weight, the transferred fat can do the same. This can be used for secondary surgery as well.

Liposuction of the breasts can help reduce the volume but a direct excision will likely get out more and be better controlled to minimize laxity and nipple position.

Liposuction can reduce a little volume and would be unlikely to lead to an excess of skin. You may be better to consider opening up the scars again and removing some more tissue directly. It all depends on the size of the reduction you want.

I would share your concerns.  Based on your photograph, you do have a significant amount of breast skin that will need to retract back after liposuction surgery, in order to have a nice outcome. I would suggest that you communicate your concerns with your plastic surgeon again. Make sure that you are both on the same page when it comes to what you are trying to achieve;  in other words, given that you wish to achieve a "significant difference", you may be better off going direct excision of breast tissue/skin plus/minus liposuction surgery.  Best wishes.
