Hello Madaray.If you mean that it's the early postoperative period (less than 4 weeks since your surgery) and the breast feel firm, then you should know the primary cause of that firmness is swelling and not necessarily the breast implant. The XTRA breast implants are designed to give patients more projection and they can feel firm from the front.
