I though I should give it a time until it drops, but its been 18 months. My results are not the worst, but they are not the best! I was 32B before the procedure now I am 32D. I get weird contour lines especially in the photos, and my nipples are very low and pointing downwards. If I take this implant out and undergo fat transfer to breast, will I ever get more fullness in the lower area of my breast? What should I do?

Answer: Pre-op photos would help determine what may have happened in your case but implants are only guaranteed to make your fuller and larger, nothing else. If you had less than full breasts with short lower poles, you could have expected your outcome from that. In my practice, I focus on having the upper poles level and at the right amount of fullness desired. If the nipples are low still, then a breast lift will be needed to make the breast appear perkier. If you want your nipples up and more fullness on the bottom, you must either have a lift or lower your fold and implant... what will work best for you can only be determined by your conversation you have with your surgeon.

Answer: A tight lower pole is your problem Patients need to understand the limitations their own starting points place on the results from surgery. "You can't cheat mother nature" in other words. You look like you have minimal skin from the crease up to the areola and this tethers the nipples low and makes lower pole fullness impossible with any implant or fat grafting. Please accept what your body brought to the table and try to be happy with your improvement.
