Is it normal for there to be a blood clot forming over stage 2 of dental implant?

Had stage 2 of dental implant done this morning. Did not see or feel any blood in surrounding area or implant cap. Now while I was gently brushing my teeth, notice big blood clot covering implant. Is this normal?

One of my dental implants was fitted not vertically, but a bit at an angle.
