Is it normal for there to be a blood clot forming over stage 2 of dental implant?

Had stage 2 of dental implant done this morning. Did not see or feel any blood in surrounding area or implant cap. Now while I was gently brushing my teeth, notice big blood clot covering implant. Is this normal?

I believe it is normal that there is blood clots what i believe is the healing abutments.The dentist had to reveal your implants before placing the healing abutments.  If you have any concerns please see your dentist.
