The best way to determine this is with a ct scan & a personal diagnosis, the following is general information, the dental implant procedure requires 2 separate visits 4 to 6 months apart, on the initial visit you will have the initial diagnosis, once the doctor confirms you are indeed a candidate for implants you will have any necessary teeth extracted, the implant post placed & go home with a temporary tooth "flipper" during the healing period so the implant can integrate with the bone.The implant post is priced starting at $750 dlls. On the second visit you are required to pay $450 dlls for the implant crown which is the final permanent tooth.

Hello, yes you would need a new impression for a new crown, it is not possible to change a color on a crown that was already made, it would need to be redone, the shape can be adjusted but not changed fully. At Dental Del Rio we can make a crown in 2-3 days.

They really look great. But If you really wanted a change, I would suggest that you put on composite veneers, with that you could change the shape of centrals and sides a bit and it would be more aesthetic.

Fillings is a fast and economical treatment, do not worry over time your dentist can probably do it in an appointment or two along with the whitening, if you decide that option tries to be about a month before so that your whitening is recent.
Veneers is a longer but more durable option, later think about placing them they do not change color and are very aesthetic.

Apparently if it is possible to repair it with endodontics, post and crown but you have to go check with your doctor soon.

What probably happens is when surgery is performed for wisdom teeth we cut muscle attachments and it takes up to 6 months to completely heal. As always explain to my patient inflammation starts and the time of the surgery with a peak of inflammation till the 5th day after that you must start to feel better and better is what normally happens, no to worsened

I usually use the healing cap when good bone thats mean 35 ncm or more torque insertion. they are not strictly necesary but make impressions and fitting test easier. in our clinic we just charge 50dlls for each one.
