Hello, I was wondering if a rhinoplasty to reset the nasal bones and correct the crookedness of the dorsum due to a fracture could cause the tip to change one way or another, I don’t want any changes done on the tip of the nose so I was wondering if it’s possible to leave the tip as it is. Thank you
