I have had three surgeries to fix a hole in my septum. I noticed my nose has drastically changed after. It lost its shape and got wider and my nostrils. I had a great natural nose before and everyone thought I had a nose job. I don’t know if I can just fix my nostrils and tip as I just want my old nose back. I went to the last doctor where I noticed my nose got wider and he suggested a nose job. I feel very disappointed as I had a great nose and people say stents can’t stretch but you tell.
