Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a rhinoplasty to improve the overall shape and size of your nose. The color may or may not improve after surgery. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

obviously, Candy, 3 photos are not an excuse for a physical examination which I would recommend by a board-certified plastic surgeon. In looking at her photos several things concern me. It appears as though the nose or the very least the septum is crusted and bulging into the left side of your face. The depression on the right side is probably a collapsed upper lateral cartilage. If this is a the only thing that bothers you then something called a spreader graft may correct the problem. However if you are having other symptoms such as airway obstruction and are not happy with the crooked appearance of the nose you could have a rhinoplasty. This might include straightening the septum if it was crow kid and I think it is and adding a piece of cartilage to the right upper lateral cartilage where the depression is. My advice is to make an appointment with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area and I am not sure where that is and have a full examination to determine what would be necessary in what her options would be.
