I had an open rhinoplasty (piezo) done 8 months ago and I’m worried about how big and wide the bridge and tip still look from the front. I haven’t seen the swelling go down past the 2-3 month mark and my concern is that this may be close to the final shape. Does this look like swelling? If so, should I look into a steroid injection? I’m also concerned about a slight bump that I see on the bridge in the side profile and the lack of slope. For context I am south Asian with medium skin thickness.
