Nose falls in when I’m laying down on my side (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty about 1 year ago and I’ve been noticing for a while that my nose was falling off when I’m laying down on my side. Could this be related to scarring, edema or soft tissue that hasn’t yet stabilized? Or should I worry that it could be more serious? I’m satisfied with the result and could honestly live with it if it doesn’t get any worse. The structure under the skin doesn’t look weak and seems to have been reinforced, though the skin doesn’t seem to have completely recovered.
