It may have been that the injector placed the Botox too low on your crows feet which made a shelve?
You could consider injecting medial C/F / jelly roll to aid in side side effect.
The Botox will stop the muscle from creasing and prevent the C/F getting deeper, to improve the skin quality I’d suggest Jett Plasma. For the Malar fat pad separation I’d suggest some cheek filler, this will also help to support the under eye.
