2 weeks after gum graft is it normal to have white stuff on gums? (photo)

Hello, please is it normal to have this white stuff on my gum after two weeks ago of my gum grafting? I feel no pain. But taste in mouth is strange.

It all depends ....If the bone  in between these teeth is healthy and in proper position, this tissue might fill in over time If there is bone loss , depending on the distance from this bone  to the contact between your front teeth , this black traiangle might never filll in ...I would give it...

It is better to treat your gum recession as soon as possible as it is severe.  The gum is also inflamed which makes it more fragile and more prone to recession.   Also the more Severe the recession, the more severe the bone loss in that site, which will limit the success rate of gum grafting .....

The type of stitches which are usually used for the palatal donor site is resorbable (dissolvable) type.  It is normal for these sutures to become loose and start falling after few days  They should be left alone  if you try to pull them out , you can cause bleeding complications ....
