My left implant does not feel right it’s got flat and edges are hard and visible . I went and got a MRI and it looks like one implant is upside down compared to the other if im seeing correctly . Has one flipped ? Is there any advice how to flip it back ?

Butt implants have a high degree of complications. For this reason, I advise sticking with fat transfer. If you are already using fat I don't see a reason for the implant.
