Something has happened to my left implant. Has it flipped, ? Left implant started feeling firm on the edges , visible , uncomfortable at times , Round implants 4 years ago MRI images attached

Fat is a much better option in my opinion. A BBL or Brazilian butt lift is where fat is harvest and used to augment the butt. Implants have a high rate of infection and extrusion.

You definitely appear to be a candidate for buttock implants. As for sculptra, you could also pursue that option, but depending on the amount of fullness you want to achieve you are looking at a lot of syringes and possibly close to the same amount or more than the buttock implants would cost...

You may consider doing MRI which may show exact position of the implants in relation to the nerves since nerve compression is most likely reason for the pain. Removal of the implants should be considered. Good luck.
