Allow me to answer your question as best i can based upon your photos. However, please keep in mind that an in-person, or at least a virtual, consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations can be made.

Based purely upon your story and your MRI images, it appears as though your implants are on top of the muscle, and therefore have a high likelihood of being visible, palpable and flippable. If this is the case, the best solution is to have them removed and replaced into the total intramuscular tissue plane. Also at the same time I would strongly recommend switching to a more appropriate shaped implant, such as Stanton Anatomic®️ buttock implants, which provide a more natural and anatomic contour to the buttock. Please note that an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock, so you may need to travel far and away from home to find this particular surgeon to perform your revision buttock implant surgery.
