After 3 years it’s more obvious and lump is red, which my surgeon claims to be soft tissue. When asked if its displacement, he said no. When we pushed the implant towards the butt crack (scar), the soft tissue (lump) protrudes even more. Can you provide your opinion on what this may be, even if its just a guess. If the implants are removed, can I just do a skinny BBL and sculptra. New scars have been a concern as well since the previous one was visible when in bend down nude.

Fat is a much better option in my opinion. A BBL or Brazilian butt lift is where fat is harvest and used to augment the butt. Implants have a high rate of infection and extrusion.
