Combining silicone implants + Lipo 360 + BBL

Is it possible to combine the two procedures into one? Liposuction 360, then placing the implants(400cc)below the muscle - closing the incision. Injecting the fat in through the same device that sucked it out (check Dr William Rahal technique) into each buttock (about 1100cc). Thank you for he answers.
