I personally prefer to do the liposuction 360 degrees prior to the tummy tuck to collect enough fat and reshape the torso into an hourglass figure. Yes!  Having after a BBL with 360 lipo is not a problem after a tummy tuck.  Fat can be removed from any area with excess fat, including the thighs.  Make sure you chose a board certified surgeon your are comfortable with.  Good luck!

Yes, as long as there is enough fat available for the transfer. Fat can be removed from thigh area as well. Seek a plastic surgeon who performs many of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.

In person examination or photos are truly needed to answer this question. It depends on how much fat you have. There is no reason why you can't have this procedure if the fat is there. In an ideal situation, BBL is done before tummy tuck, so that no fat is wasted in the process. Discuss your goals with a board certified plastic surgeon who can help you with your options.
