Thank you for your question. Without photos, no specific answers can be given. Theoretically it is possible to do a BBL after a tummy tuck. I personally prefer to do the liposuction 360 degrees prior to the tummy tuck to collect enough fat and reshape the torso into an hourglass figure. I do a TT 4-6 months later.See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

Yes!  Having after a BBL with 360 lipo is not a problem after a tummy tuck.  Fat can be removed from any area with excess fat, including the thighs.  Make sure you chose a board certified surgeon your are comfortable with.  Good luck!
