I had my kybella treatment done a week ago. The swelling went down a day after but it is still a little swollen and sore when I touch it. Can I work out? Will it harm the results? I drink a lot of water and started drinking a little bit of apple cider vinegar to lose some weight I have a flight in 10 days I’m really hoping I’ll see results by that time. Is there anything that I can do to speed up the results? Or is there something I shouldn’t do so I won’t ruin the results? Thank you.
