To my knowledge, there is no contraindication to getting botox treatment while on tamoxifen. It is always best to check with your physician before beginning any medication or pursuing any medical treatment if you are unsure of the interactions. Best of luck
I see no reason why u can't have Botox with your history. I use it on a lot of patients with a history of breast cancer.

I have treated many patients after cancer treatments. It is always reassuring when i speak directly with your oncologist so we are all aware of the your current condition. But you should be fine with Botox treatments while on Tamoxifen.
There is no clinical evidence of any considerable interaction between estrogen blockers such as tamoxifen and medical botulinum toxins. Plus the dose required to address your concerns with your forehead is small. So go ahead and enjoy the results!! Dr. Daniyar

There is no reason to avoid Botox after breast cancer treatment or while taking Tamoxifen. Botox has local effects but doesn't interfere systemically with medications you are taking.
