I am considering a revision rhinoplasty after my initial surgery three years ago. I love the natural result but feel the tip is too bulbous. I would like some minor refinement in the tip. I went back to my surgeon and he informed me that he took as much cartilage out as possible and he didn't want to compromise the integrity of my nose with revision. He suggested laser resurfacing to refine the tip and reduce the thickness of the skin, which is what I find undesirable. Can this work effectively?

Answer: CO2 laser resurfacing and nasal skin thickness
Thank you for your question. It takes some time to see your final result after these treatments. It is not uncommon to need repeat treatments depending on the depth of the lines. A detailed plan of what to expect should have been discussed with you before treatment. Consult with a Board...
Thank you for your question. Brown spots ( Hyperpigmentation ) can be caused by more than just sun exposure alone. Start by consulting with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeons office for an evaluation for the treatment plan that is best for you.
This may be due to PIE erythema and can lead to heightened pigmentation later. Use Plato's Scar Serum, v beam laser, and Melarase creams. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
