Could I get lower eyelids tightened & higher? (Photos)

My eyelids don't really have much support and are kind of baggy. I was wondering if there was a way to get them more tightened up or higher like in this image

Hi RSR444, excellent question. It's hard to answer definitively based on the photo, but it may be some webbing or redundant tissue at the corner. I'm glad your surgeon has been helpful. I would bring up your concern with them, consider an operative revision.
