Are there any knee sculpting procedures? (Photo)

Question

I have had two consultations and I plan to continue in my search of a surgeon but I want to know if one of the areas I want improved most is even possible. I am searching for a surgeon to do a leg lift, arm lift, tummy tuck and BA. All the leg lift photos I have seen do not address extra skin or knee sculpting (if that is even a thing) Are there any procedures that can sculpt and tighten skin around the knee area? I have included a pic of my legs and a wish picture.

Thank you for your question and photographs.  Coolsculpting is approved and indicated for fat reduction to the distal thigh area.  My advice is to seek an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who will be able to address your surgical options as well as assess you for non-surgical options such as Coolsculpting.  Best of luck.

For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction, which can be performed at the same time as a tummy tuck and other lifting procedures. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF/J Plasma/Renuvion/InMode BodyTite and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. Hello and thank you for your question. Coolsculpting can treat the knee area but it will not treat the laxity in the skin. The best thing to do would be to set up a consultation in an office that has a Certified Coolsculpting provider as well as a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. There are treatment options to help sculpt the knee and tighten the skin in that area. I have found that LaserLipo works quite well to sculpt the inner knee area by permanently removing the fat as well as placing heat to help tighten the skin. Radiofrequency is another option. I would suggest a consultation with a physician who is skilled in these treatment to assess you personally and help you understand what it possible in your situation.

There are also different options such as Exilis that can address the skin laxity.  I would recommend scheduling a consult to review your non-surgical and surgical options.

Coolsculpting can be done in the knee area to remove fat, but is not approved for skin tightening in that area. It’s best to have a Coolsculpting consultation done to assess your tissue and determine if there is skin laxity present.
