Hello! My main concerns-mentalis strain, difficulty closing the mouth, chin height and side profile. Maxfcl surgeon is not advising reduction genioplasty as it will lead to chin ptosis. And sliding reduction genio will make my face even more longer and kind of weird. Another one says reduction sliding genio is fine for me but want to move 4mm in front which I find will be too much for me. Both say double jaw surgery is best but I’m not doing that. I have deep mandalabial crease.
