Do not understand these 2 lines at the corner of my nose (Photo)

Hi for a few weeks now I’m noticing these 2 Profound line at the bottom of my nose I’m not sure what they are as I’ve never seen anybody else with them. Also do it look like I have nasolabial folds as well because it looks like I do which I’m not sure where they came from. I’m 21 years old I was thinking I’m too young to be having lines on my face.
